At The Final Fit, we aim to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept size exchanges only for eligible products.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be shipped.
- The customer receives a wrong or damaged item, subject to verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items.
Items returned without original tags and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and package. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
