At The Final Fit, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns or size exchanges for any reason, including incorrect size, change of mind, or personal preference.

Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• An uninterrupted opening video (from before opening the package until the product is fully visible) is mandatory.
  

Claims submitted without a complete opening video will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Refunds will only be processed if:

• The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be shipped.
• A damaged or incorrect item is verified and a replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Products with size or fitting issues.
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Used, washed, altered, or customer-damaged products.
• Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items.
  
• Claims made without a valid opening video.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• A clear, uninterrupted opening video.
• Photos of the product (if requested).

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
