5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Color expectations due to screen differences

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, uninterrupted opening video is provided from before opening the package until the product is fully visible.

Claims submitted without a complete opening video will not be accepted.
