Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Pan India Shipping.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹50 is applicable per order unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for most locations across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, wherever applicable.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or the customer's unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A clear, uninterrupted opening video (from before opening the package until the product is fully visible) is mandatory for us to verify and process your claim.
